Dr. Parsons completed his specialist ophthalmology training through the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital (RVEEH) and further honed his expertise in oculoplastic surgery during a prestigious fellowship under Professor Timothy Sullivan at the Royal Brisbane Hospital. This advanced training equips him to expertly manage a wide range of conditions affecting the eyelids, lacrimal system, and anterior orbit.
